Cosmo Map
What narratives exist around your brand, topic or category? What is the cultural potential of each one? Where are the tensions, and where is there room to enter?
Your next strategic decision is already being written.
In the conversations happening
inside and outside your company —
even when you’re not part of them.
Narrative Intelligence
See what Nestlé discovered
Nestlé wanted to understand fatherhood in Brazil. Cosmo analyzed 65,514 Twitter posts, 6,517 news articles and 533 YouTube videos — the equivalent of 23 Bibles — and delivered an unprecedented map in 10 days.
What emerged first: Suffering. Conflict. Absence. Expressions of conflict in father-child relationships were 4x more prevalent than expressions of care and presence.
What emerged next — and changed everything: Fathers in the kitchen. Fathers using humor with their children. Fathers reinventing their own role. And one finding no one expected: food appeared 10x more often than sports as a space for connection between fathers and children.
“If fatherhood is the gateway to a new masculinity, could the kitchen be men’s gateway into the home?”
For a food company, this isn’t just an insight. It’s an entire strategic territory waiting to be claimed.
Cosmo transforms millions of spontaneous texts into maps of narratives and emerging cultural signals — and uses a proprietary metric to guide those who want to move first.
What is Cosmo?
Every strategy starts with an assumption. Cosmo reveals what lies outside it by reading what people say when no one is asking them a question.
🡒 Three ways to do it
What narratives exist around your brand, topic or category? What is the cultural potential of each one? Where are the tensions, and where is there room to enter?
For those who don’t just want to understand the landscape, but want to find ways to move within it. We develop and test narratives within the map we uncover.
The same intelligence applied to your internal data: open-ended NPS responses, employee surveys and interviews. Cosmo maps the narratives taking shape inside your organization, helping anticipate the initiatives they may lead to.
Cosmo has already operated across 9 countries and 5 languages. It anticipates market shifts, identifies opportunities before they become obvious, and aligns internal culture with external positioning — so that a company can truly be what it says it is.
Social listening and monitoring tools were built to measure volume: what is circulating, what is generating engagement, what has already reached the mainstream. Cosmo was built to detect meaning: what is emerging and where culture is heading.
